Villa Davinia is a charming single-storey three-bedroom villa, ideally located close to Quinta do Lago and a wide range of local amenities. Designed for relaxed holiday living, the villa offers spacious interiors, air-conditioning throughout, and excellent outdoor facilities including a private heated swimming pool and tennis court.

Accommodation

The villa is entered via a welcoming hallway with a guest cloakroom. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area is bright and comfortable, featuring air-conditioning, cable TV, and patio doors that open directly onto the terraces, garden, and pool area.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays and flows seamlessly into the dining area. It includes a central island, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge, and coffee machine. A separate utility room provides added convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and drinks fridge.

Bedrooms

Villa Davinia offers three well-appointed twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and patio doors to the garden and pool.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a modern shower room with a large walk-in shower.

Outside

Villa Davinia is perfect for enjoying the Algarve lifestyle. The large, landscaped lawned garden surrounds a private 11m x 6m swimming pool, which can be heated on request (pool heating available at a supplement per week). Guests also have exclusive use of a private tennis court.

A dedicated BBQ area features a gas BBQ, tiled table, and seating, making it ideal for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings in the sunshine.

Villa Davinia is located within a short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago and the Quinta Shopping complex, home to designer boutiques, bars, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby Bougainvillea Plaza offers a variety of eateries and a supermarket, while the surrounding area boasts excellent restaurants, championship golf courses, and some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches.
