Villa Luisa

This floor is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each (please note the rooms with single beds are interior bedrooms).
Each apartment has a kitchen open to living room with sofa bed and TV (4 national channels) and a bathroom.

First floor

This floor features a bar counter with seating area, a large living room with snooker table, satellite TV, fireplace, stereo system and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster and coffee machine. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

1 Bedroom with double bed, and 2 bathrooms; one with shower and a guest WC.
You will also find here a balcony with table and chairs and access stairs to the pool area and garden.

Second floor

The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms, a living room, 3 bathrooms and a large balcony with panoramic views.

- 4 Bedrooms (1 ensuite), 1 is equipped with two double beds and air conditioning, two with double beds and 1 with two single beds.

 - 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bath. 

(Please note only one of the bedrooms has air conditioning).
