Quatro Ventos is a magnificent 3 bedroom Premier Villa located in on the exclusive Funchal Ridge, which lies just to the west of Lagos and just north of Luz as part of the western Algarve Algarve, Portiugal.
The property stands in an elevated position in extensive grounds of about 2 acres with views to Lagos and the ocean and to the Monchique Mountains.
It is situated about 4 kilometres from both Luz and Lagos, where you have an excellent choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and entertainment.
The new Boavista golf course is just a 3-minute car drive from the villa, so the golfers in your group can be on the first tee in no time at all.
Lagos is one of the most attractive cities in the Algarve, where you can wander the narrow cobbled streets in the old quarter at your leisure and enjoy a drink or a leisurely lunch or dinner at one of the many street cafes. There is a plentiful amount of nightlife comprising bars, clubs and many excellent restaurants. You will have a choice of four large supermarkets for all your shopping needs.
Luz and its neighbour Burgau are perfect for those who want a quieter beach holiday, and have a good family appeal, although there is still ample nightlife to keep you busy. From the villa the whole of the western Algarve is easily explored.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors as follows:
Ground Floor
- Split-level lounge and dining room with French doors to the pool and exterior dining terraces
- Double en-suite bedroom
- Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room
- Kitchen with breakfast table, oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a separate utility room for the washing machine
First Floor
- Master bedroom with en-suite bath and separate shower, dressing area, and extensive terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens
- There is an additional childrens nursery room with bunk beds (only suitable for children)
Outside
- The gardens and terraces at Quatro Ventos are filled with colourful flowers and shrubs, with the focal point being the large private pool surrounded by attractive sun terraces.
