Overview

Anelia Serene Villa is a beautiful and spacious holiday home, fully renovated in 2024, located in Sfakaki, a seaside village on the north coast of Rethymno. Just 9 km from Rethymno town and only a 500 m walk from the beach, the villa is an ideal choice for couples, families, and groups of friends. Set within a fenced private garden, the property features a swimming pool, BBQ area, and multiple outdoor seating spaces, offering comfort, privacy, and relaxation in a peaceful coastal setting.

Accommodation

The 120 m², two-storey villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living space combining the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes modern appliances and opens onto shaded verandas overlooking the pool.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a washing machine and a terrace above the BBQ area with pool views. The living room is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with satellite channels, while the villa provides all necessary household appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave, Air Fryer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, mixer for frappé, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Free private parking is available within the property for up to three cars.

Bedrooms

The first floor hosts three comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom stocked with complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

Outside

The villa’s outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A modern sun deck surrounds the 4 x 6 m (24 m²) swimming pool and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The landscaped garden includes a BBQ area, a dining porch with table and chairs, a second porch with outdoor sofas, and additional garden seating.

For added enjoyment, guests can use a coin-operated billiard table (€2) and a ping-pong table. The entire outdoor area is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and safety throughout your stay.
