OVERVIEW

This luxury villa enjoys an exclusive location in one of France’s most desirable areas, just a short walk from the town centre and lively harbour of Saint-Tropez. From the first floor, guests can enjoy charming views of the village, its red and yellow bell tower, and the sparkling sea.

The villa’s charming gardens surround the heated pool and lounge area, an ideal spot for enjoying a glass of rosé with family and friends. For an additional charge, an all inclusive service can be arranged, including a private chef, curated wines, daily transfers, and security, allowing guests to fully embrace the Saint-Tropez lifestyle in complete comfort and privacy.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa features 5 guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground and first floors, plus 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level, ideal for staff or teenagers. All bedrooms are furnished with king size beds that can be converted to twins on request. The master suite boasts an office area, full bathroom with jacuzzi and shower enclosure, and views of both the pool and the village.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living area comprising a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar, complete with large, comfortable sofas, a design fireplace, and a hidden TV. Sliding doors open onto the garden and pool area, while the dining table accommodates up to 14 guests, perfect for entertaining in style.

The lower level offers a large cinema room, a fully equipped Technogym gym, and a sauna, providing a complete wellness and entertainment experience. Additional amenities include a heatable swimming pool with jet stream, sound system, air conditioning, WiFi, hospitality trays in each bedroom, and optional access to the spa.

OUTSIDE

Set within large, mature grounds featuring manicured gardens and a small vineyard, the villa offers a private heatable 12 m x 4 m pool with Roman steps and a jet stream, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining and lounge areas, while parking is available for up to four cars, combining luxury, comfort, and outdoor enjoyment.
