The picturesque town of Vence is a 20 minute walk downhill, easy on the way there, though a return lift might be welcome after a day exploring or shopping. A 5 star hotel with restaurants and spa facilities is also conveniently located just a 10 minute walk away, adding to the comfort and appeal of this outstanding retreat.

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor features a spacious and inviting living area, including a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and a cosy TV snug equipped with DVD, Blu-ray, Apple TV, French TV, and UK Freesat. A study area provides a quiet space for work or reading, while the games room offers a snooker table and an adjoining cocktail bar, perfect for entertaining. The dining area opens onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, and is complemented by a well appointed kitchen and breakfast area, ideal for relaxed family living.

OUTSIDE

Set within an expansive 12 hectare estate, the property features extensive landscaped gardens, an oak forest on the upper terraces, and scenic walking trails through olive, cypress, and fruit trees on the lower levels. Numerous secluded spots offer peaceful corners for reading and relaxation, while the gardens can be beautifully illuminated at night, creating a romantic atmosphere for evening entertaining.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of leisure facilities, including a private tennis court, table tennis, pétanque (boules), an elliptical trainer, and billiards/American pool. The impressive 22m x 9m private swimming pool is complemented by a spacious sunbathing terrace, alongside a large jacuzzi (1.5m deep), with heating available at an additional cost.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the estate, with three separate dining areas, including a barbecue terrace and a summer kitchen, ideal for long, relaxed lunches in the sunshine or romantic dinners under the stars with a glass of rosé. Covered parking is available for three cars.
