OVERVIEW

Villa de Vence enjoys an easily accessible location, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including the beautiful medieval artists’ village of Saint Paul de Vence, a favourite among art lovers, known for its charming streets lined with galleries. The renowned Fondation Maeght is also well worth a visit.

Built on a hillside, the villa features terraced grounds with accommodation arranged over several levels. The thoughtful bedroom layout makes it particularly well suited for two families holidaying together.

From the house, it is possible to walk directly into a nearby national park, offering excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling, while a picturesque waterfall can be found close by, adding to the natural charm of the setting.

The villa sleeps up to 8 adults & 2 children as one of the bedrooms has bunk beds

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor features a bright and open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, and dishwasher. The comfortable seating area with satellite TV and a dining table for seven opens through electric shutters onto a terrace with beautiful sea views, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.

Also on this level is a guest WC and a shared bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, and WC. Two of the bedrooms are located here and can be closed off as a private wing, offering additional privacy, ideal for families or guests travelling together.

The lower floor comprises two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays.

Set within 2,600 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, the villa offers a spacious terrace with highquality outdoor furniture and a large poolside dining table, perfect for al fresco meals, along with a gas BBQ and a shaded seating area.

At the heart of the grounds is a private 11m x 6m heatable saltwater pool with Roman steps, complemented by an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, and a lawn area ideal for relaxing. A children’s play area and table tennis provide additional entertainment, while there is parking for up to three cars within the property.
