OVERVIEW

The villa is ideally situated just 2 km from the charming village of Cabris, where you’ll find a selection of restaurants, cafés, and local shops, along with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. The historic town of Grasse, located around 5 km away, is renowned for its long standing perfume making heritage, as well as its picturesque old town and vibrant markets. For a more lively atmosphere, Cannes is just a 25 minute drive, offering sandy beaches, boutique shopping, excellent dining, and a vibrant nightlife.

ACCOMMODATION

This charming villa offers five comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests (6 adults and 4 children). It features a modern open plan kitchen and a bright, inviting living area that opens onto a spacious terrace. The beautifully landscaped garden, dotted with olive and palm trees, gently leads down to a private pool. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views across the hills all the way to the Bay of Cannes, all while enjoying a peaceful setting close to Cabris, Grasse, and the coast.

The villa offers a welcoming living room with a fireplace and large French doors that open onto the terrace, overlooking the garden and pool. A separate dining room seats up to six guests and also provides direct access to the terrace, where additional seating is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes an American style fridge and coffee machine, with direct access to the terrace for easy indoor/outdoor living. A practical laundry room is fitted with a washer, dryer, fridge freezer, and sink, and the property also benefits from two guest WCs for added convenience.

The villa features a heatable swimming pool with Roman steps and a pool alarm, surrounded by six comfortable sunbeds for relaxing in the sun. An outdoor dining area and a spacious L shaped terrace provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals and entertaining. The property also benefits from a remote controlled gate and private parking, ensuring both convenience and security.
