OVERVIEW

Villa Luminaire has been an opulent residence since 1910. Now fully restored, it continues to offer glamour and luxury to its guests in true Côte d’Azur style. Set in the heart of Cannes, the villa provides both space and tranquillity while remaining within easy reach of the city’s most famous attractions. The renowned Boulevard de la Croisette and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès are just a 10 minute walk away. Guests can stroll down for a seaside lunch or let teenagers enjoy a night out on the town while the adults dine on the villa’s sumptuous terrace. All of Cannes’ delights including its restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, and beaches are within easy reach.

Guests will feel like stars in the villa’s 800 m² of elegant accommodation, beautifully furnished with antiques and equipped to a high standard. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and pool room provide plenty of entertainment, while during the cooler months guests can still indulge in the comfort of open fires and a heated pool. Keen golfers can head to Royal Mougins Golf Club and enjoy a round using the villa’s membership.

PLEASE NOTE: There are steps from the ground floor to the garden level however there is a ramp on the East side of the house which is wheelchair accessible

OUTSIDE

The villa boasts a grand terrace designed for relaxation and outdoor living, featuring a spacious dining area perfect for al fresco meals. A comfortable seating area invites guests to unwind while enjoying the surroundings, while the large swimming pool with elegant Roman steps provides a refreshing centrepiece. A jacuzzi and sun loungers complete the space, creating the perfect setting for soaking up the sun and enjoying long, leisurely days outdoors.
