OVERVIEW

You will likely spend most of your time relaxing on the sunny terrace or by the oval shaped pool, gazing out at the beautiful sea views. However, it’s worth taking the 15 minute walk down the hill to Plage de la Figueirette, where a range of water sports equipment is available to hire. From here, you can also drive along the dramatic coastal road towards Saint-Raphaël, enjoying spectacular viewpoints and discovering charming coves, some of which can be reached on foot.

For a livelier atmosphere, head north to Cannes (13 km), home to the famous seaside promenade Boulevard de la Croisette, as well as numerous designer boutiques and excellent restaurants. The beautiful city of Nice, with its charming old town and international airport, can be reached in around 50 minutes by car

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Eveline is perched on a hillside in the Massif de l’Estérel within a private gated estate near Saint-Raphaël. Immaculately maintained and furnished in a traditional style with touches of nostalgic charm, the villa’s principal rooms include two double bedrooms and a bright, spacious living and dining area that opens onto a spectacular terrace. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. The open-plan living and dining room, complete with a TV and CD player, opens through French doors onto the terrace. as well as a second double bedroom (135 × 190). A bathroom with a separate shower and a cloakroom complete the layout.

OUTSIDE

The villa features a terrace with beautiful sea views and outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, along with a barbecue. Below, terraced gardens with mature planting lead down via steps to the pool level. The private oval shaped saltwater swimming pool (11 m × 5 m) is set within the terraced grounds, offering a peaceful place to relax. Please note that due to the high terrace and stepped gardens, young children will need supervision. There is no lawn area. Additional amenities include on-street parking and a washing machine located in the basement garage area.
