Villa Elysee, conveniently located about 25km from Cannes and within a 50 minute drive to St Tropez, is situated in a private residential area with 24 hour security.  This is the perfect property for guests looking for luxury and comfort in a beautiful location.

ACCOMMODATION

This light and spacious, fully air conditioned villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a television. Three bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, while the fourth is served by a separate bathroom. The main living spaces include a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a stylish, bright open plan living and dining area, with large sliding doors that open out onto the swimming pool.

On the lower garden level, accessed via staircases from the kitchen lobby, you’ll find a versatile entertainment and library area with a desk, kitchenette, and doors opening onto a terrace. This space also includes a comfortable sofa bed accommodating two additional guests, along with a bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and WC. A large laundry room is also located on this level, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and full ironing facilities for added convenience.

A fifth ensuite bedroom in the house remains locked and is not for guests' use.

• Bedroom 4 - Twin 90cm bedroom (can be converted to a double bedroom 180cm bed on request) with ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, basin & WC  

OUTSIDE

The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring a private swimming pool and a spacious dining area for up to 12 guests, complete with a barbecue, perfect for al fresco gatherings. A pool house with a bar and a second outdoor dining area sits by the pool, creating an inviting setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
