OVERVIEW

This is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse with accommodation spread over three floors and set in over four acres of gardens. With its own tennis court and heatable pool you would be forgiven for wanting to spend all your holiday within the confines of the villa, however it is also well located, being near impressive towns such as Grasse (3 miles)  Cabris and Valbonne (7 miles). Cannes is also only 10 miles away.

This villa is perfect for extended family gatherings, offering something for grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren alike. It is also ideal for large groups of friends or for hosting a special celebration.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa combines classic French charm with modern conveniences, including a newly fitted kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, and Wi-Fi throughout. A terrace runs the full length of the property, featuring multiple outdoor dining areas, a barbecue, and a table tennis table for entertainment.

The villa features a living room with French doors opening onto the grounds and a TV with Firestick, as well as a dining room that also opens to the outdoors. The well equipped kitchen includes coffee machines and three ovens. There is a guest WC, and a laundry room with external access via the kitchen, which is fitted with two additional fridges, a freezer, a washer dryer, and a sink.

OUTSIDE

The villa’s outdoor amenities include a gated, heatable saltwater swimming pool (8.5 m × 6.5 m, 1.8 m deep) with Roman step entrance and ten sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy a table tennis table, a tennis court, a barbecue, parking, and two decorative fountains.
