Villa Lilou is a charming family villa located in the hilltop village of Oppedette, set within a particularly scenic area of southern France. Accommodation

Offering approximately 200 m² of living space, Villa Lilou is arranged over three floors and includes a separate annexe for added flexibility. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace, television, DVD player, and dining space. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living area, alongside a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a guest WC.

A separate annexe, located around 25 metres from the main house and accessed externally, provides a private living area with a double sofa bed, ideal for guests seeking additional independence.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and WC. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with television and direct access to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and countryside, served by a separate shower room with WC.

The second floor offers an additional twin bedroom with television and a separate shower room with WC. The annexe includes a further twin bedroom with television and a private en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside

Villa Lilou is set within enclosed, mature grounds with lawned areas, providing a peaceful and private setting. The private swimming pool measures 10m x 3.6m, features Roman steps, and has a constant depth of 1.3m. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September and is surrounded by a sunbathing area with eight sun loungers. A pool house with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a Weber gas barbecue complete the outdoor spaces, along with private parking.
