Izba Vanya is a charming beachfront villa located in a quiet bay in Mirca on the island of Brač, just 15 meters from the sea. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and set beside a pebble beach, this inviting retreat offers privacy, open sea views, and a relaxed island atmosphere close to Supetar, making it ideal for families and groups.

Accommodation

The villa accommodates up to 8 + 2 guests and is designed as two connected residential units, offering both shared living areas and private spaces. This layout is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, and air conditioning throughout, ensuring a pleasant stay with all modern comforts in a traditional Mediterranean setting.

Izba Vanya features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests. The bedrooms are distributed across the two connected units, allowing flexibility and comfort, particularly for groups travelling together.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa, featuring a private heated swimming pool (approx. 4 x 10 m) set on a spacious sun deck with loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor jacuzzi offers additional relaxation, while a covered terrace with a dining area and traditional Dalmatian fireplace and grill is perfect for al fresco meals. The 1000 m² beachfront plot also includes a children’s playground and direct access to the pebble beach, just steps away, creating an ideal setting for a true seaside holiday.
