Olive Branch

A delightful 2-bedroom villa around 10-15 minutes’ walk to Kalkan town centre and beach. The villa boasts fantastic views across Kalkan bay and beyond, which can be enjoyed from the pool and two first-floor bedrooms. Inside, the villa is equipped with smart, modern décor and is comfortable and spacious and the bright kitchen is fully-equipped. Outside, a pergola provides shade for traditional Turkish style kilim covered sofas from the mid-day sun. Down steep steps from the villa is Palm Beach Club where sunbeds can be rented, and you can enjoy a swim in the Mediterranean and have lunch. Water taxis are also available into Kalkan harbour.

The villa comfortably accommodates four people. However, there is room for an addditional two people on the lounge sofa bed (owner's discretion). Cot and highchair available.

Ground Floor

• Spacious open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The living area has a feature fireplace plus a double sofa-bed for additional guests if required.
• The well-appointed fitted kitchen features granite work surfaces and a range of modern appliances.
• There is a shower room with WC on this level.

First Floor

• Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower / wet rooms.
• Both of these bedrooms have access to a large verandah-style balcony that runs across the whole width of the property.

Outside

• Large fresh-water pool and spacious terrace area which incorporates a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining. In addition, there is a second pergola with ottoman-style seating.
• The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via free water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club which is a few minutes walk away.
