The walk to central Kalkan takes around 10-12 minutes along the coastal pathway. The popular Palm Beach Club is situated a 2-3 minute walk just below the villa, where you can enjoy an excellent lunch, indulge in some water sports, or just soak up the sun from the wooden sun deck over the water.

Ground Floor

• The master bedroom (with kingsize bed) is located on this floor - this bedroom is approximately 40 square metres and features a free-standing Jacuzzi bath from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and mountains. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing room plus a private sea view balcony.

Second Floor

• This floor houses the remaining two bedrooms.
• One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bath/shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin.
• The second of the bedrooms on this floor has an en-suite shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom has a kingsize bed.
• Sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from both bedrooms.
• Both bedrooms have access to the villa's roof terrace which spans the whole width of the villa. This provides more of those fantastic vistas and the perfect spot from which to enjoy a sundowner while watching Kalkan's lights twinkling before you.
