We are delighted to add the stunning Diamante to our portfolio of luxury kalkan rental villas. Located in a convenient and elevated position, Diamante offers excellent views over Kalkan bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The villa has been furnished in a contemporary style and offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms.

This level features a large split-level double bedroom suite with en-suite facilities. A kitchenette and a TV are also provided within this suite. A cinema room can also be found on this floor, together with a hamam, two heated loungers, steam room / sauna, gym equipment, table tennis, guest cloakroom and a utility room (with washing machine). 

This floor comprises a spacious and stylish open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining area seats 8 guests. Floor to ceiling sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

This floor houses two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, each with balcony, TV and en-suite facilities (one of the doubles also has a free-standing Jacuzzi bath). 

This floor has a further double bedroom suite with TV and en-suite facilities. The villa's roof terrace is accessed via this bedroom and this has far-reaching views and a Jacuzzi.

One of the main features of this villa is its pool terrace with infinity edged pool which has a Jacuzzi section. There is a covered al-fresco dining area (to seat 8) with adjacent sink and gas BBQ. Comfortable seating is also provided. Central Kalkan is a 12-15-minute walk away (downhill).
