This unique villa is situated on the outskirts of Ibiza Town and is positioned perfectly so that the spectacular panoramic views of IbizaTown, Dalt Vila and the sea can be fully appreciated.It is a huge villa distributed over three stories and is close to some of the best beaches on the island.

The property is nestled in superb gardens of 600 M2 where there are waterfalls and yet more amazing sea views. The large swimming pool (82 M2) is heated and set on a wooden terrace where Al Fresco dining can also be enjoyed.
