Overview

Cala Conta Dream is a five bedroom Premier Villa located on the beautiful west side of the island. This villa is located less than 550 metres away from one of the most famous and beautiful beaches on the island - Cala Conta. This stretch of coastline has beautiful soft sandy beaches and crystal clear waters perfect for diving and has idyllic sunset views.

Accommodation

The property boasts five bedrooms and is located in a new and exclusive gated compound in Cala Conta.

This luxurious house has been designed with comfort and space in mind.

Everything has been carefully designed from the huge comfortable sofas to the trendy dining furniture, while cutting edge technology will make any stay here all that more special.

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are all open plan, bright and spacious; they all look out onto the terrace, gardens and pool area, there is also a guest bathroom/cloakroom.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with breakfast bar, there is a side door which leads out to the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area; the dining area easily seats 10 people and there are several lounge areas to choose from, including a large cinema room on the lower floor where you will also find a laundry room.

Outdoor Areas

From the villa there are stunning sea views and the villa is perfectly located to provide sweeping panoramic views that include the islands of S’illa des Bosc and Conejera, as well as the famous Ibiza sunsets.

The property is neither overlooked nor has any obstructed views.

There is a long infinity pool bordered and shaded to one side by trees; to the other side of the pool is a perfectly placed sun terrace offering a superb panoramic view of the landscape and the Mediterranean sea.

There are several outdoor chill-out areas set amongst the well-tended lawns, as well as an outdoor dining and kitchen area with BBQ.
