The large spacious lounge has 2 large doors, with great views and access to the pool and gardens. The open-plan living and dining area incorporates a large smart tv and 8 seater corner sofa unit, with 2 armchairs as well as a large fitted stove fireplace, excellent for cosy winter nights in.

2 short stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms on this floor: 1 master bedroom with King size bed, en suite bathroom and private access to gardens, 1 King , with fitted wardrobes, and garden views, and twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and dresser, The shared family bathroom in between has a full bathtub and separate shower , toilet , bidet and washbasin.

Upstairs, following the large sweeping marble staircase is another master suite fitted with Super King bed, built in wardrobes, dresser & sofa . The private ensuite has a full bathtub, and a large separate shower , toilet , and washbasin. Views from the roof terrace overlook the pool and gardens. There is access from the roof terrace to the swimming pool areas below.

Outside

The villa is completely secure with well-maintained grounds. There are BBQ, and sun deck areas, private terraces to get away from it all which overlook the swimming pool areas. This is a great Home whether summer holidaying, winter sun or long stay school year rentals.
