Colonial style with rustic characteristics including wooden windows, doors, shutters, tiles, and traditional brick ceiling.

Outside
The property is private being enclosed by trees and plants with golf views. The garden is well maintained and has a pool and shower. The villa has a barbecue and eating area for outdoor dining. Both covered and uncovered terraces for al fresco dining as well as seating areas surround the villa. On a lower level of the property, there is a beautiful pond.

Inside
The entrance leads into a lower level living room with a fireplace and access doors to the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, there is an upper level dining room which leads into the kitchen and has access to the outside dining areas.

Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the ground floor and an additional bedroom is located on the first floor.
The 1st bedroom downstairs has a double bed, en suite, dressing area with access doors to garden. The other two bedrooms also have double beds, en suite and access to the garden as well. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. As well as having a walk in closet, it has a spacious lounge area and an en suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
