A ground floor villa, with entrance hall, cloak room on the left when you go in, on the left
hand side there are the dining area and kitchen, TV room and one double bedroom. One
bathroom. Stairs leading to the very spacious living room area, with Smart TV, fireplace and
nice views to the garden and pool. Doors from the living room leading to the exterior nice
terraces with fantastic views. On the right hand side you have two double bedrooms sharing
a bathroom with shower. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, doors leading
to the main terrace, garden and swimming pool area.
Kitchen: Large modern fully-fitted and equipped kitchen. Appliances include an fridge &
freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, hob.
