Villa Augusta is a stunning and modern 5 bedroom villa located in the quiet area of Monte Golfe in Quinta do Lago, just a short walk from the brand new 'CAMPUS' Sports Centre.

Accommodation

Augusta is equipped with 5 bedrooms over two levels and is fitted to a very high standard. All bedrooms are equipped with split unit AC's and en-suite bathrooms.

Outside

The exterior space of Casa Golfe gives off a tranquil vibe that harmonises perfectly with Quinta do Lago. The saltwater pool is surrounded by greenery, layered garden beds, shaded sunbeds and statues. Electric awnings are available outside every sliding door and the al-fresco dining area is covered by a tiled roof. The saltwater pool is 15m long & 5m wide, it has an electric pool cover and can be heated at an extra cost. The Alfresco dining area has a permanent rooftop, a gas BBQ and plenty of seating for 10 guests.
