Overview

Asana is a spacious 4-bedroom Premier Villa located on a large beautifully landscaped plot, located in the resort of Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake, restaurants and to the beach.

Accommodation

On the ground floor a spacious entrance hall leads to the sitting room which opens to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A fireplace is a focal point of the sitting room and a smart TV with Laser (Sky channels), and DVD player will provide plenty of entertainment.

The kitchen is located on the left-hand side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as iron and iron board. On the same area of the kitchen there is a dining area, opening as well to the covered terrace.

Bedrooms

The downstairs bedrooms area is located on the right-hand side of the hallway. There are two steps and a double bedroom on the left-hand side. It has a dressing area and en suite bathroom with bathtub, this bedroom opens to the garden.

There is another bedroom with double bed and a small TV. Just outside the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower.

Stairs rise to the first floor. On the landing to the bedrooms there is a sitting area, with TV and DVD player.

The spacious master bedroom has double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs.

Two steps take us to the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs.

Outside

There is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 people.

Two steps take us to the rectangular shaped pool with approximately 5x9 metres. The shallowest area has 1,6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. The pool can be heated by a supplement. There are sun loungers near the pool. On the left-hand side there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola. Access to the property is via an electric gate which opens to the driveway with ample parking.

Other Information

This is a fully air-conditioned property also with central heating for the chillier days.

The price includes free usage of the Wi-Fi, the air conditioning and pool towels.

Maid service is also included 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels changed twice.
