Guests can enjoy use of a communal pool, set amidst a picturesque outdoor environment. The apartment also boasts a charming balcony with a dining area, ideal for al fresco meals. For relaxation, two sunbeds beckon, while outdoor cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the provided gas barbecue.

• Bedrooms: The apartment features three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed and opens onto a first-floor terrace, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath.
• Bedroom 2 features two twin beds and also opens onto the first-floor terrace, boasting an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 3 provides a double bed and a separate bathroom equipped with a shower.
• Bathrooms: En-suite facilities are available in the master bedroom and bedroom 2, with an additional separate bathroom in bedroom 3, which can also serve as a visitor's WC. There's an extra visitor's WC for convenience.
• Kitchen: The beautiful and fully fitted kitchen accommodates up to six guests and includes essential appliances such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and washing and tumble dryer machines.
• Utility Room: This area is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and clothes hanger.
• Living Areas: The apartment offers a spacious and comfortable dining room with seating for six guests and an adjacent lounge area with cable TV. Large doors provide access to the first-floor terrace, which overlooks the communal terrace and pool.
• Outdoor Spaces: A lovely first-floor terrace beckons with two sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and a dining table with seating for six guests. Down by the communal swimming pool, two more sun loungers await.
• Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: The apartment provides all linen and towels, including separate beach and pool towels, which are changed once per week or more frequently upon request at an additional cost. Maid service is included twice a week.
• Amenities/Facilities: Guests can enjoy amenities such as a gas barbecue, two sunbeds on the first floor, and two sunbeds on the communal terrace by the pool.
