Contemporary decorated, very spacious and well equipped. Featuring a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful private garden area with sun beds at your disposal for you to soak up that Algarvian sun.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, oven, electric hobs, extractor, coffee maker, blender, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Separate utility with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. 

Lovely spacious private garden with lawn garden surrounds, and some areas shaded by the pine trees. Private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres with ladder entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.20 metres and the deep end is 2.30 metres. Sun loungers on the poolside terrace and a lovely shaded pagoda with table and chairs- perfect for reading your book in peace and quiet. Raised terrace overlooking the pool with dining table and 8 chairs and charcoal BBQ.
