Casa Colinas is a unique Premier villa with 5 apartments located in the heart of the stunning Algarve coast. It is within easy reach of the beautiful, historic towns of Lagos and Praia da Luz, in the west Algarve, Portugal.

The apartments can be rented independently, enjoying the wonderful communal facilities, or all 5 apartments can be rented together, ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together whilst having a bit of independent space when needed.

The apartments offer a lovely swimming pool with sun terraces complete with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue and games area for the enjoyment of guests. The villa complex offers you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the wealth of local amenities, cultural heritage and history that Portugal’s Algarve coast has to offer. When you combine the stunning weather and the comfort of Casa Colinas with all that local culture has to offer, you will really get a taste for the Portuguese way of life.

Facilities

Nestled on a beautiful hillside, the apartments at Casa Colinas provides the perfect setting to experience the stunning Western Algarve. Staying in one of these lovely apartments (Apartment Amendoa, Apartment Lima, Apartment Ameixa, Apartment Laranja, Apartment Limao), allows you great choices;  You can relax by the poolside, wander through the beautiful grounds, spend time in the Jacuzzi, make use of the games area, or explore Lagos and nearby Praia de Luz. To keep everyone entertained, Casa Colinas offers basketball, pool tables, table tennis, air hockey, football table and a trampoline for all to enjoy.

Accommodation

There are five apartments:

• Apartment Amendoa -  2 bedroom with one double bed and 2 single beds
• Apartment Lima - 1 bedroom with one double bed.
• Apartment Ameixa - 1 bedroom with one double bed
• Apartment Laranga -  2 bedroom with one double bed and 2 single beds
• Apartment Limao - 2 bedroom with one double bed and 2 singles.

Each apartment at Casa Colinas has been exceptionally furnished with private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a dining area for families to enjoy meals together. All apartments overlook the beautiful pool area and gardens. You have the freedom to wander through the tranquil grounds, take a dip in the pool or explore the surrounding areas. 

All apartments also have sofa bed in the living room which will accommodate either one adult or 2 small children (extra charges apply, Includes all bed linen and towels).

The apartments come with air conditioning and heating in the living/dining room and bedrooms.
