Casa Cantar is a stunning seven-bedroom Premier Villa of the highest quality located near to Boliqueime in central Algarve. The far-reaching views all the way to the coastline are a joy to behold, as is the sense of tranquillity and relaxation that guests staying at this exclusive property will experience on their dream holiday.

Accommodation

Ground floor

Finished to an exceptionally high specification throughout and decorated in neutral cooling colours with a musical theme the accommodation flows easily from one room to another.  As well as a generous sitting room, there is a lounge with TV, CD player, DVD, Play Station 4 and free Wi- Fi and a separate dining room with ample seating.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a table for informal dining with a microwave and dishwasher. In addition there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, an office and a guest bathroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are five double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with their own private en suite facilities.

Outside

Outside, there is plenty of space with a sunny poolside kitchen and bar area plus a barbecue and lawned gardens. There is also a football table and table tennis. The private adult’s swimming pool (16m x 8m) takes centre stage and can be heated for an additional weekly charge. There is also a heated children’s pool (5m x 8m) and the heating for this pool is included within the rental rates.

Local area

The villa is located less than 6km from the villages of Boliquieme and Paderne  - here you will find local shopping and traditional restaurants. Although close by, we do advise guests to hire a car as they are only reachable using a vehicle. The vibrant resort of Vilamoura is only about 25 minutes drive from this Premier villa, and here you will find five excellent golf courses, and the local beaches. In addition, the well known luxury resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are within forty minutes drive of the property.
