the villa is built on top of the sea in walking distance (1-3 minutes) from the seaside and the most beautiful beaches of Kalo Livadi, Mykonos and magnificent sea views.

Villa Prasinos exudes luxury and offers spectacular facilities that allow for privacy and  an unforgettable holiday experience . The Greek feel of the villa and tranquil vibe will allow everybody to create unforgettable and blissful memories.

Accommodation

On entrance level there is a grand shaded living space with dining area, sits 40 guests close to the BBQ area for romantic dinners or live evenings with music and BBQ delicacies prepared for the unique guests.

There are  two fully equipped kitchens (2 refrigerator each, 2 dishwashers and 1 freezer)  with direct access to the outside dining area (sitting 40 people and a W.C. next to the living room

An infinity swimming pool about 120 sq. meters offers magnificent and unobstructed sea views and a shaded BBQ  area equipped with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges offers teh perfect place for evening events and professional caterers.

Shaded pergolas all around the house covers over 1.000 sq meters and easy access is offered to the external living room (next to swimming pool)

There is also an external Jacuzzi for up to 6 people and additional security measures include electrical slide doors equipped with controls for access to authorized people only.

Parking space for 5 cars allows convenient access for anyone using the propert and ;arge outdoor space provides a specially designed area for childrens activities inckuding hoverboards and bikes
