Milo

Mina and Milo are identical 3 bedroom Premier Villas located on a seaside plot of land facing the beach in the Dasia region on the eastern part of the island of Corfu, Greece.

These are two identical villas, fully autonomous and at a distance from each other designed to preserve the privacy of residents with private access to the beach and exclusive use of an outdoor area of 2000sq.

All interior areas are air-conditioned using the fan coil type heating-cooling system and there is also a central heating system.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace. The kitchen has fitted appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as an espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Glass doors, with a width of 2.5sq, open directly onto the garden and pool area. There is also a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine, linen closet, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner.

On the first floor there are the other two bedrooms. The first has two single beds which may be joined to make a double, a bathroom and private balcony, whilst the second has a double bed, its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a sea view, as well as a balcony with seating area. All bedrooms have a sea view.

There are LCD TVs in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room which is also equipped with DVD Home-Cinema and satellite receiver.

The private garden of each villa includes:

• Semi-lounge area with rattan seating
• Dining area pavilion with teak furniture next to the pool, near the barbeque
• Full set of teak outdoor furniture for six persons, consisting of tables, umbrellas and sun beds

How to get there:

• Corfu has its own airport with also flights to Athens. Also connected via ferryboat with Patra and several daily ferries to Italy.
