Villa Prinos is a stunning, brand-new waterfront villa beautifully located in the area of Skaleta, near Rethymno on the island of Crete. Built at the end of 2019, this stylish beachfront retreat offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and direct access to the beach just steps away.

With 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and spacious living areas, Villa Prinos accommodates up to 12/14 guests in a bright and elegant setting. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the villa also enjoys walking distance to local facilities including restaurants and mini markets.

Accommodation

Set entirely on one level and measuring 220sqm, Villa Prinos has been thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, space, and contemporary style.

The welcoming open-plan lounge features comfortable seating, satellite TV, air-conditioning, and two single sofa beds for additional guests. The adjoining kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Large patio doors open directly onto the spectacular seafront terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

An additional shower room, accessible from the lounge, is ideal for guests using the sofa beds or for daytime convenience.

Bedrooms

Villa Prinos offers six air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and satellite TV:

• 2 Single sofa beds in the lounge (accommodating the 13th and 14th guests)

The layout ensures privacy and comfort for all guests, making it perfect for larger groups.

Outside

The outdoor areas of Villa Prinos are truly exceptional. A beautiful seafront terrace provides uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and a tranquil space to relax by the water.

The private swimming pool (6m x 5m, depth 1.2m) is surrounded by sunbeds, shaded areas, rattan sofas, and an outdoor dining table with barbecue — perfect for al-fresco meals. A children’s playground is also available, making the villa especially family-friendly.

A private gate leads directly to the beach and sea, just 5 metres away — one of the most privileged waterfront locations in Crete. Off-street parking is provided free of charge.
