Villa Alanda is a modern and welcoming holiday villa set among peaceful olive groves near Rethymno on the island of Crete. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa is perfect for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Surrounded by spacious gardens and offering beautiful countryside views, Villa Alanda blends traditional Cretan charm with modern amenities. Despite its tranquil setting, a restaurant and supermarket are just a short walk away, while the sandy beaches and vibrant town of Rethymno are only a short drive from the villa.

Accommodation

Villa Alanda is arranged over two floors and is fully air-conditioned throughout. The main living area is located on the upper floor, where guests will find a bright lounge with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, cooking rings, and a breakfast bar.

From this level, doors open directly onto outdoor terraces offering panoramic views over the pool and surrounding countryside. A shower room and a double bedroom are also located on this floor for added convenience.

On the ground floor there is a small lounge area with a single sofa bed, along with two additional bedrooms that open directly onto the garden and pool area. A spacious family bathroom with washing machine and dryer serves this level.

Bedrooms

Villa Alanda accommodates up to 7 guests across three comfortable bedrooms:

• 2 Double bedrooms

• 1 Twin bedroom with two single beds

• 1 Single sofa bed located in the ground floor lounge

The bedrooms are bright, air-conditioned, and designed for a restful stay, with direct access to outdoor spaces on the ground floor.

Outside

The outdoor areas of Villa Alanda are designed for relaxation and enjoying the Cretan sunshine. The large private swimming pool (8m x 3.5m, depth 1.2m–1.4m) overlooks peaceful olive groves and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Several furnished terraces provide ideal spots to unwind while enjoying the views or the refreshing breeze. A covered barbecue area with a dining table and chairs offers the perfect setting for alfresco meals with family and friends.

For families travelling with children, the villa also features a lawn area with a playground, making it a wonderful space for younger guests to play.
