PONTUS

Overview

Pontus is a luxury architect-designed villa built in 2015 with a private infinity pool & views over the sea and mountains of Crete. 

The villa has outstanding views across Souda Bay and the White Mountains from almost all points. Large patio windows in the lounge provide a panoramic view out to the Bay. There is a large access via the upstairs bedrooms that has casual seating and tables as well as a swing seat– ideal for watching the sunset over the Bay Aptera.

Accommodation

All rooms have Air Con & insect screens & there is Wifi throughout.

The Villas has 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and can sleep up to 6 guests and is situated in a very large private plot with extensive gardens.

The entire villa is available except for a small locked cupboard used to store items for the owners.
Other things to note

The patio area around the pool has sunbeds, casual seating, dining table and chairs as well as an outside kitchen with fridge, sink and cooking facilities.

In addition there are two further patios areas in the garden that provide perfect spots for relaxing and enjoying the garden and spectacular views of the sea and mountains.

It is around a 10-minute walk to the local shop and taverna (a steep hill but gorgeous views as you walk along).

Plaka with its range of excellent tavernas is less than 5 minutes by car and Almyrida with its beautiful beach and large range of sea-front tavernas is only 8 minutes away and taxis are readily available if you prefer not to drive
