Contemporary and traditional architecture combine to feature light wooden floors, expanses of glass, modern steel framed pergolas with wood panelling, and natural stone walling. Crisp white and smooth greys teamed with accents of stainless steel complete the sleek, stylish finish of the minimalist interior. Unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea and White Mountains are enjoyed through large full height glass sliding doors leading to the covered terrace and swimming pool area.

First Floor Bedrooms

The master bedroom boasts a Dux king size bed and luxurious en suite bathroom with majestic views, featuring a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC, and washbasin. Sliding glass doors open to a large covered balcony with stunning sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 2 offers Dux twin beds (convertible to king size) and a large en suite shower room with WC and washbasin. Sliding glass doors lead to a large covered balcony with superb sea and mountain views.

Lower Ground Floor Suite

Bedroom 3 is the largest at 40m2, featuring Dux twin beds (convertible to king size) and extensive fitted wardrobes. Sliding glass doors open onto a private courtyard and relaxation area with direct access to the swimming pool terrace. The spacious luxury spa bathroom includes a steam shower/hammam, sauna, and mini gym (accessible to all house guests). There is also a separate WC and washbasin.

A laundry area with washing machine and ironing facility is conveniently located on this level.

Outdoor Facilities and Pool Area

Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa with an abundance of Mediterranean trees, shrubs, and flowers. The 42m2 swimming pool inclines from 1m to 2m deep and is surrounded by non slip tiles, grass lawns, and wooden deck areas, perfect for relaxing in the Cretan sunshine.

Extensive terraces feature throughout, including shady pergolas and cosy corners with soft seating for relaxing. Separate outdoor dining and BBQ areas provide the perfect setting for alfresco meals. There is parking for 6 cars (2 allocated per villa) with automatic night lighting and remote control entrance gates for security and convenience.
