The Pestana resort is located 5 minutes drive from the popular town of Carvoeiro, famous for its selection of restaurants and other nightlife, together with an array of attractive beaches in the immediate vicinity. The resort centres on the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses, where our guests will become temporary members and benefit from discounted green fees. Also available to our guests are tennis courts, a bowling green, the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, the club restaurant and bars, fax and email facilities, a baby-sitting service, a beatuty salon and a doctor available 24 hours.
All of the villas at Pestana are well appointed and stylish homes, fitted to the individual owners' highest standards and set in carefully maintained gardens. They all have a private swimming pool (sizes vary), attractive terraces and barbeques. We offer a choice of villas ranging from two bedrooms to four bedrooms. All of the properties are on two floors. Please note that the villas are individually designed and furnished by the villa owners. All have a modern, stylish kitchen fitted with oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Each has a spacious living and dining area with poolside access. The two bedroom villas have one bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom and an en-suite bedroom on the first floor. The three bedroom villas have two downstairs bedrooms sharing a bathroom, with an en-suite room on the first floor. The four bedroom villas have two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom, with two en-suite rooms on the first floor. Some villas have air conditioning and/or pool heating available for an extra charge.
