The Pestana Resort is located 5 minutes drive from the popular town of Carvoeiro, which has become one of the Algarve’s most sought-after resorts, with its dramatic sandstone cliffs, an array of attractive beaches and gently rolling landscapes. The unspoilt terrain is scattered with olive, fig, almond and carob trees together with an abundance of wild flowers, giving it a special charm and beauty all of its own. Carvoeiro is also famous for its selection of restaurants and other nightlife. For the younger holidaymakers, the Slide and Splash Water Park is only a two minute drive from the Pestana resort. The resort centres on the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses. Both courses are blended into the undulating landscape, highlighting its natural beauty, and weaving the fairways around the ancient olive trees, many of which are over 600 years old. Also available to our guests are tennis courts, a bowling green, a David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and the club's restaurant and bars.

Casa da Paz is arranged on two floors as follows:

The exterior of the villa consists of a large mature garden, with sun terraces around the large “infinity” type pool. There is also a shaded dining terrace, a BBQ, and additional shade provided by awnings if required.
