Casa Duas Oliveiras is an attractive modern villa located in the well-known Quinta dos Álamos estate just outside the popular town of Guia near Albufeira. Guia has become famous in recent years for its excellent selection of restaurants, and is particularly renowned for specialising in "Chicken Piri–Piri", the traditional Algarvean spicy chicken cooked over a charcoal grill – delicious! Other local amenities include a supermarket, butcher's shop, chemist, post office and health centre. The nearest golf course to the villa is the challenging Salgados course, which is about two miles away, and there is an excellent selection of beaches within a ten-minute drive of the property, such as Coelha, Castelo, Galé and São Rafael. The popular and vibrant town of Albufeira is approximately five kilometres from the villa. Here you will find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment to complete your holiday enjoyment.
The accommodation at Casa Duas Oliveiras is on one level and comprises an attractive lounge and dining room combined, equipped with Cable TV, VCR and CD player, a twin bedroom, a guest WC and shower room, and two en-suite double bedrooms, one of which opens directly to the attractive gardens and terraces around the pool. The kitchen is large and includes a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Air conditioning is available in the living area and the bedrooms at an additional cost. Outside, the villa benefits from attractive, mature gardens which surround the heatable 10 x 5m swimming pool.
