This is a linked villa on the Vale do Milho development about three kilometres from the centre of Carvoeiro. The Vale do Milho golf course is a nine-hole par 3 course, excellent for sharpening up your short game, and the club house is a short distance from the villa. Here there is a bar and restaurant, plus snooker and Sky TV. There are also two 18-hole courses - Pinta and Gramacho - no more than a ten minute drive away. The closest beach - Praia de Centianes - is just a ten minute walk from the villa, and within ten minutes by car are plenty of cove beaches which have safe bathing and beach restaurants. There are a number of restaurants in the locality, and in Carvoeiro centre there are a vast number from which to choose.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors as follows:
First floor
- Living area with French doors to a terrace with sea views
- Dining room
- Kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher - the washing machine is in a small separate laundry area

Ground floor
- Two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities
- Twin room suitable for children only
There is a small garden around the pool, also a shaded terrace looking over the pool. For sun worshippers there is a roof terrace with excellent views of the sea.
