Casa Chinchon is a new villa located in the region of Benfarras, which is about 5 kilometres from the centre of Vilamoura. The villa sits in an elevated position with views to the ocean and is surrounded by a large and well cared for garden with plenty of room for children to play. The garden is walled or fenced all around for added security. The famous resort of Vilamoura is a short drive from the villa, where you will find the first marina built in the Algarve, a massive selection of restaurants shops and bars, the beach and, of course, the five famous golf courses in the Vilamoura complex.
Casa Chinchon is essentially built on 3 levels.
Upper ground floor
- Split-level lounge and dining room, with French doors to a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Access to the pool terraces is by external steps
- Twin bedroom served by a shower room with WC
- Kitchen, which has an oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven
First floor
- Two bedrooms, both doubles with en-suite facilities with Jacuzzi baths. Both bedrooms have a small terrace overlooking the pool area. The master bedroom is air-conditioned
The pool terraces are at "lower ground level". Here you will find the very large kidney-shaped pool, with poolside shower and toilet. Also at pool level is a self-contained apartment or fourth bedroom. This has a twin bedroom with shower room/WC but is also equipped with its own kitchen, including oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This area also houses the villa washing machine.
