How to Book
Please call our reservations team on 08700 117751 or email us at post@premiervillas.net and we will be able to tell you if your selected villa is available for your chosen dates, or discuss other options for your party.
We are happy to hold provisional bookings for 3 days to enable your travel arrangements to be booked, and for you to forward your completed Booking Form along with a 25% deposit (of the total invoiced amount), plus insurance premiums if applicable, or the full amount if booking within 10 weeks of departure. We do not hold options for holidays departing within 10 weeks of booking. Your holiday balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure and the payment date will be clearly noted on your confirmation invoice.
You can print out the Booking Form and post or fax it to: Premier Villas, Carthagena Barn, Bell Lane, Birdham, West Sussex, PO20 7HY Fax: 01243 513746

Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all clients must have adequate travel insurance for the duration of the holiday. If you decide not to take our recommended policy you must arrange your own cover to a similar or higher standard and clearly show the name of the alternative insurer on the booking form.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a current passport valid for the country to which you are travelling, and that you obtain a visa, should you require one. If you do not hold a current 10 year passport, you should allow sufficient time to obtain one. Sometimes it can take a long time for your passport to be processed. Please note, British visitor passports are no longer valid. Regulations covering holders of non-UK passports or British Overseas passports vary and you are advised to check with the government consulate for further details.
If travelling on your honeymoon, you will need to book your holiday under the name that is stated on your passport (i.e your maiden name, should you not have had the opportunity to get your passport changed).
Price Guarantee
Once you have made a booking and paid a deposit, we guarantee that the cost of your holiday will not change, no matter what happens to exchange rates or aviation fuel costs. The only exception is government imposed cost increases such as VAT, the Airport Passenger Duty Tax and the Insurance Premium Tax. No refunds will be made.
Breakage Deposit
A breakage deposit will be included on your final invoice and must be paid with your balance. This will be refunded, minus any damage costs, on your return. All breakages must be reported to a local representative immediately and these must be paid for locally before vacating the Villa.
Electricity
Electricity is 220 AC with continental two pin plugs, so UK electrical appliances will work with an adaptor.
Satellite/TV/Video
Satellite TV where mentioned will give only free channels. Some systems may have a decoder and clients may wish to take their own satellite card. Video TV where mentioned will give only foreign channels. Most resorts have video shops which rent UK videos.
Pools, Garden and General Maintenance
All of our properties are maintained by staff who have access to our accommodation. We ask you for your co-operation when our staff visit, as it is imperative to keep the accommodation well maintained for you and our future client enjoyment. The pool sizes in our descriptions are approximate and for guidance only. As some pools are irregular in shape, the measurements have been taken at the longest and widest points.
Descriptions
We have visited all villas featured, and it is important that you not only read individual descriptions but also speak to us to obtain a better picture of each villa and the surrounding area. The descriptions and information contained within our brochure have been made in good faith and are not intended to mislead. It is not impossible, however, that changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. In this event we will endeavour to communicate such changes. As the electricity (220 AC with continental two pin plugs) and water supply is often not as reliable as in the UK, short breaks in the supply do sometimes occur, and we would ask for your understanding.
Villa Occupancy
Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy the villa.
Maid Service
Maid service is included in all our accommodation (unless otherwise stated) excluding public holidays. The maids are not in the villas all day and their duties consist of general cleaning, but not washing-up. Extra duties may be arranged, such as washing and ironing, but these have to be negotiated locally. Linen is changed weekly.
Extra Beds/Cots/High Chairs
In some of our accommodation we can arrange for an extra bed. Where a villa is rented with an extra bed, for example 7 persons in a 3-bedroom accommodation, it does not necessarily mean that the amenities of the accommodation will cater for the extra person - but we will do our best to assist.
Holiday Balance
You must pay the balance of your holiday ten weeks prior to departure and if booking within ten weeks of departure then the full amount must accompany your booking form. If you do not pay on the date due then we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and you could therefore be liable to pay cancellation charges of up to 100% of the holiday price.
Arrival/Departure at your Villa
In order that our properties are prepared for new arrivals, we ask clients to vacate their accommodation by 10.00 am. Villas are booked from 2.30 pm on your arrival day. It can take more than two hours to prepare your accommodation on changeover day and it is possible that the maid may be finishing her duties when you arrive.
