Quinta Quatro Abelhas is a 5 bedroom Premier Villa located in Silves part of the western Algarve, Portugal. This hilltop country property is set in 9.5 Acres of land, and is surrounded by beautiful Algarve countryside. The villa is exceptionally private and very peaceful, and is the treasured second home of an English family.

The property is just outside the traditional Algarvean town of Messines in a small hamlet called Cortes. Just a 15 minute drive away is the famous town of Silves the ancient Moorish capital of the Algarve. Here you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and shopping, with a sense of the regions history to be found at the castle, the cathedral and the narrow winding streets.

There are now three golf courses within a 10/15 minute drive of the property - Silves golf is the closest, with two more courses at the new "Amendoeira" golf resort.

The beaches are about a 25 minute drive.

The villa has exceptional grounds with beautiful formal gardens, a wild natural area which is a picture in the springtime.
