Casa da Eira is a 5 bedroom Premier villa located near Loule, part of the central Algarve, Portugal.
Located in the hillside, Casa da Eira is a spacious luxury villa with spectacular views over hills to the coast beyond, enabling guests to enjoy the most beautiful Algarve sunsets.
The property is within walking distance of the village of Santa Barbara de Nexe where you will find a selection of restaurants, a post office and mini super market. A ten minute drive takes you to the bustling market town of Loule, an historic town full of character with a famous market and plenty of restaurants.
This Premier villa has an excellent central location with Faro airport only 15 minutes away, and the magnificent golf courses and beaches at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only a 20 minutes drive.
The large saltwater swimming pool and sun terraces are well positioned to benefit from the fantastic Algarve views, with plenty of space to relax and dine alfresco.

- North side of the property is a shaded dining area with both gas and charcoal barbeques. There is also a lawned area with children's slide and swings.
- South side of the villa is dominated by the swimming pool and sun terraces, and of course the magnificent Algarve views.
