Zefiros is a Premier 5 bedroom villa located in Ria Formosa near Fuseta, part of the eastern Algarve, Portugal.
One of Premier Villas finest properties in the Eastern Algarve, Zefiros is located within the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve overlooked by an ancient Moorish watchtower.
The beach is about 15 minute walk and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Boat trips, kayaking, kitesurfing,horseriding, fishing and golf are just some of the activities nearby.
The Ria Formosa is a system of beautiful lagoons, separated from the ocean by natural sandy inlets and islands. It is considered the most important wild-life sanctuary on the Algarve: its lagoons and marshes hold a wealth of resident and migratory birds, as well as being abundant in shellfish. Local gatherers can be seen from the villa at low tide, harvesting their crop of clams, oysters, mussels and cockles.
Maid Service is provided three mornings a week (more can be organised if required) The head maid is an excellent Portuguese cook and is available to prepare meals by private arrangement.
Ground Floor

- Living Room - this is elegant and comfortable space offering satellite TV, DVD, music system and an eclectic collection of books. French doors open out onto the south facing covered terrace for view of the spectacular lagoon and ocean beyond.
- Kitchen/Dining area is magnificently equipped with 3 large fridges and is a cook's paradise! Every day, the special water fountain provides up to 35 litres of purified, chilled water. Incorporated into the kitchen is an elegant dining area with seating for 12. Both kitchen and dining areas enjoy spectacular sea facing views, with double doors leading out to the vine clad pergola.
- Close to the kitchen terrace, is not only a purpose built barbecue, but also for the culinary enthusiast, a traditional stone built, wood burning oven.
- Utililty Room.
First Floor
- 3 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
- All bathrooms are equipped with wall-mounted hair dryers and heated towel rails. Bath robes, towels, soap, shower soap and lavatory paper are supplied. Four have walk-in showers in addition to baths.
Outside
- Large heated swimming pool with electric cover.
- Enjoy the evening sun by relaxing on the terrace located on the west side of the villa.
- Tennis court with all weather surface (equipment provided)
- Away from the main house and below the tennis court is is a sheltered gazebo where many exotic birds nest and are seen in and around this beautiful garden. Relax with a coffee in the morning and watch the Hoopoes on the lawn, bee-eaters, storks, and many others. Flamingos also feedi at the lagoon.
