Casa Sao Clemente is a 5 bedroom Premier Villa located in an elevated position on the north Vale Formoso, near Loule, as part of the central Algarve, Portugal.
Casa Sao Clemente is a superbly equipped modern villa, used as the owner's main residence for most of the year. This is an excellent villa for groups who want a quiet secluded holiday, but at the same time are in easy reach of the facilities offered by the Algarve.
The villa is just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Loule, an historic town full of character, with a famous market and plenty of restaurants.
The nearest beaches can be found in Faro, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do lago, all about a 15 to 20 minute drive.
The excellent golf courses at Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and Vale do lobo are all within a short drive.
The accommodation is arranged on two levels as follows:
Ground floor
- Guest cloakroom
- Modern kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, five burner hob, dishwasher, small fridge in central units, television, lower floor dining room. The kitchen also has direct access to the upper sun terrace and the exterior dining room
- The "Garden room" opens to the poolside areas, with electric shutters to enable the room to be enclosed if required. This room has a bar, sink, ceiling fans and separate WC. This is a marvellous room for enjoying those holiday lunches or dinners or your evening "sundowners"
- Sitting area with music system, and small dining area.
- Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King size double bed, sitting area, access to the upper terraces, en-suite shower room with separate WC, dressing area and LCD television.
- Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
Lower Ground Floor
- Large living area with home cinema, surround sound, satellite TV, DVD and VCR systems. This living area opens to a small shaded terrace.
- Kitchen area with sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, plus cutlery, crockery and glasses - central reservation with stools and small dining table.
- Seperate formal dining room.
- Bedroom 4 - Zip and Link Double bed (photograph shows bed as a double, but this can be made up as twin beds), with en-suite shower room.

Apartment (Lower Ground Floor)
- Bedroom 5 - self contained apartment with its own entrance ideal for teenagers or staff. This has twin beds, a living area, DVD player, bathroom, air-conditioning, a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.
