Casa Sebastiao is a well presented traditional 2 bedroom Premier Villa located in Monte Carvoeiro, part of the central Algarve, Portugal. The distance to the centre of Carvoeiro is approximately 1km.
There is a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a mini market and Medical Centre literally on the villa's doorstep, and just a 5 minute walk away is Carvoeiro town and the town beach. Main shopping is at a large supermarket just outside Carvoeiro.
There is a choice of beaches just a short drive from the villa, together with a vast selection of bars restaurants and clubs in Carvoeiro itself.
Golfers can play at two 18-hole courses: Pinta and Gramacho, both only a short drive from the villa.
This is an ideal villa for clients who do not want to move far away from their holiday base and who do not wish to hire a car.
Occupying a plot surrounded by landscaped gardens with private swimming pool the villa accommodation available to clients is arranged on one level. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
