Casa da Paz is a 4 bedroom Premier villa located in the Pestana resort, Carvoeiro, part of the West Algarve, Portugal.
This beautiful holiday villa offers spacious accommodation, extensive gardens and sun terraces surrounding the private swimming pool.
The Pestana Resort is located 5 minutes drive from the popular town of Carvoeiro, which has become one of the Algarve's most sought-after resorts, with its dramatic sandstone cliffs, an array of attractive beaches and gently rolling landscapes. The unspoilt terrain is scattered with olive, fig, almond and carob trees together with an abundance of wild flowers, giving it a special charm and beauty all of its own.
There is a choice of beaches just a short drive from the villa, together with a vast selection of bars, restaurants and clubs in Carvoeiro itself. Main shopping is at a large supermarket just outside the town. For the younger holidaymakers, the Slide and Splash Water Park is only a two minute drive from the Pestana resort.
The resort centres on the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses. Both courses are blended into the undulating landscape, highlighting its natural beauty, and weaving the fairways around the ancient olive trees, many of which are over 600 years old. Also available to our guests are tennis courts, a bowling green, a David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and the club's restaurant and bars.
Casa da Paz is arranged on two floors as follows:

- The exterior of the villa consists of a large mature garden, with sun terraces around the large swimming pool
