Alto 71 is a 4 bedroom Premier Villa located on the exclusive Alto Country Club in Alvor, an excellent family holiday destination in the Western Algarve, Portugal.
We are delighted to be able to feature this luxury villa. Our guests become automatic members of the Country Club, and can enjoy use of the Alto 18-hole golf course at discounted rates. Please note that the golf course is now owned by the Pestana Group. Villa 71 is only 800 metres from the golf clubhouse with its own bar and restaurant. The Country Club, set in 18 acres of gardens, is an idyllic site overlooking the beach and enjoys terrific views of the bay of Lagos. Facilities include a large swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts, indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna Jacuzzi, beauty salon, snooker, clubroom and a children's play area. You can enjoy the 'a la carte' restaurant overlooking the pool, serving regional and international cuisine, also offering live music and dancing.
Alvor itself is about two and a half kilometres from the villa, and here you will find an excellent long sandy beach, a vast choice of restaurants and bars, including traditional Portuguese fish restaurants down by the fisherman's beach where you can sample the days catch. Slightly closer is Praia da Vau, just under a mile away.
This is a two-storey villa, located on the "Golf" section of the Alto complex, overlooking the 15th fairway of the Alto course. It is approximately 2.5 kilometres from Alvor centre and beach, and 1500m from the nearest beach, which is Praia da Vau.
This Premier villa is partially air-conditioned and the living area has ceiling fans. The accommodation is as follows:
