Casa Da Formosa is a 4 bedroom Premier Villa located in the Formosa Hills, close to Almancil, Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo, as part of the central Algarve, Portugal.

Formosa Hills is the location for people who want to enjoy the benefits of the Golden Triangle, but desire a more countryside feel. The area slopes gently south allowing views across Almancil, Vale do Lobo & Quinta do Lago to the Atlantic beyond.

Private security gates open onto a sweeping driveway, bordered by landscaped gardens - ahead you will see the very private and palatial residence.

The property is located in an elevated position with views in the distance of the Atlantic Ocean and across the nearby region.

Just a 10 minute drive from the beaches and premier resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

As the villa is arranged on a large lot, there are ample lawn areas for ball games, plus an orchard of lemon, lime, olive and orange trees.

There is also a substantial poolside lawned area which has been securely fenced off for smaller children to play safely by the pool. This pool area can also be accessed directly from the house and leads out to the outdoor covered BBQ area, where you will find both gas and charcoal barbecues and dining for 12.

The large pool has child friendly steps at the shallow end.

The villa is arranged on two floors as follows:

Ground Floor

• Living Room - Large lounge with 42" LCD screen TV with full sky package. The luxurious sofa could comfortably seat up to 12 people! There is a DVD player, bose system. There is also a wii and playstation for the kids (or adults!). There is also a chest of board games.
• Fully equipped Luxury fitted open plan kitchen with adjoining dining room to seat 10 guests
• Utility room with Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
• Bedroom 3 with bunk beds, extra bed under and shower en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 with twin beds, put up bed and walk in shower en-suite.

First Floor

• Bedroom suite 1: superking bed, dressing area, walk-in showers, jacuzzi baths, wc, bidet and his and hers washbasins.
• Bedroom suite 2: super king bed, sofa bed, walk-in showers, jacuzzi baths, wc, bidet and his and hers washbasins.

Outside

• There is also an outside covered seating area with large comfy sofa and chairs.
• There is also table tennis, a football goal and swing ball for older children and Little Tykes outdoor toys for smaller children (sandpit, house, car etc), The pool area and garden are very private and get the sun all day.
