Casa Joan is a 2 bedroom Premier villa located in Albufeira, part of the central Algarve, Portugal.
This is a very pleasant property, at the end of a terrace in a small private urbanisation in Pera, a small traditional Portuguese village, which still gives a flavour of how the local community live.
There are local shops, cafes and bars within walking distance, and the large Algarve shopping centre is about a 10 minute drive. The nearest beach - "Praia Grande" is 3 kilometres to park, and then a short walk over the dunes to the beach.
The famous Zoomarine attraction is just a short drive, and Albufeira is about 15 minutes by car.For golfers the Salgados course is very close, and the two new courses at the Amendoeira resort are 10 to 15 minutes drive.
This is an ideal premier villa for a family holiday, being well placed to visit the beaches and attractions of the Algarve. The garden is secure allowing a safe playing area for children.
