Premier Villas are a successful independent specialist in holiday rentals of high quality villas in Portugal. In response to demand from existing and new clients we are now expanding into Turkey and Italy. We are looking for owners of superior villas in these destinations that we feel would be a valuable addition to our developing portfolio. We advertise a large number of high quality self catering properties belonging to private individuals, people who have lavished a considerable amount of care and attention on their properties.

It’s a FREE service! Firstly, unlike other ‘over populated’ villa listing companies and websites, you pay us nothing. We make our percentage by adding commission on top of what you tell us you want. We can do this because of the high quality service we provide to our high quality clients.
You receive your whole rental price You tell us how much you require for your property, depending on which weeks in the season you wish to rent it, we then promote the property through our website and to our high quality database at a price that includes our commission.
Fully bonded ATOL Licence Our holidays are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 9388. This is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) which is in turn backed by the UK government
Partnerships We also work closely with other international independent tour operators who use our service due to the quality of our product. Effectively this means that your rental property is exposed to multi-layered marketing, increasing potential bookings exponentially. We also have links with celebrity and VIP management agencies who seek high quality rental properties for their clients. It is not unusual for us to fulfil the private holiday requirements of world renowned individuals.
Payment in advance We guarantee to pay you - in advance - for the rental period that our clients have booked!
Fully managed booking
Our professional and experienced in-house sales agents will take all the stress of managing the booking process of your property. You simply tell us when the property is available and our agents will contact you directly with any booking enquiries - you remain in complete control.
Our service not only extends to you, we also look after our clients by providing them with;

- Airport transfers
- Prices for add-ons, e.g. pool heating, cot hire, welcome food packs, etc

We continue to invest considerable time, effort and money in our marketing strategies. Our unique, popular and easy to navigate website has a very high Google™ ranking and you will find us close to the top on the first page of a global search for villas in our target destinations.
Our newly lauched website has an even more user-friendly interface and improved functionality. We can dynamically update the information, availability and photographs for any property within seconds.
One of the most important factors to securing a confirmed booking is high quality photography. It is not very often that people can personally inspect their preferred villas, therefore they will want to view your property via the highest quality picture slide show possible. This is among the things we do best!
